In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "all777" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the all777 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at all777.ws and its associated mobile web interface.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the all777 platform.

• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR funds in a player's account derived from actual deposits and/or confirmed withdrawable winnings, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means collectively all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product offered on the all777 platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or regulation include amendments thereto. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register a valid account at all777, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• Hold a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or NICOP (for overseas Pakistanis).
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an all777 employee or contractor.
• Not currently hold, and not have previously held, another all777 account that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

all777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is strictly permitted to maintain one (1) account only. Players found to be operating multiple accounts — whether identified through matching CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other means — will have all accounts except the earliest-registered one permanently closed, and any balances or winnings on duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your all777 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. all777 strongly recommends that you:

all777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are supported:

• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• all777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.

all777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering in patterns designed to exploit Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information during registration.

All bets and wagers placed on the all777 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as displayed within the platform. The following general rules apply across all Services:

• Bets are final once confirmed. all777 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after confirmation unless the specific product's rules (e.g., in-play cash-out) provide for such a facility.
• In the event of a clear and obvious error in odds, payout calculations, or game results — including software malfunctions — all777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore balances to their pre-bet state. all777 is not liable for winnings generated as a direct result of a system error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market, as displayed at the point of bet placement. all777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts.

For PSL and cricket betting specifically: all777 offers pre-match and in-play markets for Pakistan Super League fixtures and international cricket matches. Markets may be suspended at any time during live play at all777's discretion, including but not limited to injury stoppages, weather interruptions, or unusual betting patterns. all777 follows internationally recognised cricket betting settlement rules for determining match results.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the all777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using a stolen identity, registering under another person's CNIC, or misrepresenting your age or country of residence.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player product.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms or accounts in a coordinated manner to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a way that exploits all777's pricing rather than reflecting genuine sporting risk.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and played at all777. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to accumulate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the all777 platform to launder funds of any origin. all777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.

all777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within account settings at any time after login:

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited activity.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security as required under Section 3.
• Any technical malfunction in a third-party game provider's software that is not within all777's control to remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits all777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

all777 collects, processes, and stores personal data — including CNIC details, contact information, financial transaction records, and gaming activity data — in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming enforcement, and customer support.

• all777 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or under the terms of our operating licence.

Account Termination by Player: You may close your all777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Termination by all777: all777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
